Kenneth is a Senior Policy Research Analyst with over five years of experience in Nigeria’s security, governance, peace, conflict, and development sectors. A pacifist, he develops evidence-based solutions to promote peace, stability, and growth in Nigeria. As a top political science graduate, Kenneth brings strong skills in technical writing, research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination. His interests include climate security, access to justice, and monitoring and evaluation.

Samuel is a detail-oriented data analyst with expertise in data collection and cleaning. He manages the Nextier Violent Conflict Database, ensuring data accuracy and tracking violent conflict data across Nigeria’s 36 states and the FCT, Abuja. With strong database management skills, he has handled data for organizations like UNICEF and IOM. Proficient in Python and SQL, Samuel transforms raw data into actionable insights, creating reports and dashboards that highlight key patterns to support evidence-based decision-making.

Omiesam Ibanibo holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Birmingham and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2021. She has extensive professional experience in navigating the legal complexities associated with emerging markets, including carbon markets. As a Legal and Policy Analyst, she actively builds relationships with key government stakeholders and represents clients in government events, including discussions on National Action Plans and Conference of Parties deliberations.

Omiesam also serves as the company secretary for the Nigerian Wind Energy Council and provides comprehensive project support on the United Kingdom Nigeria Investment Advisory Facility (UK-NIAF) programme.

Olive Aniunoh is a legal professional with a law degree from the University of Birmingham and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. As a Legal, Policy, and Research Analyst at Nextier, she reviews project contracts, legislation, and policies, and develops analytical reports on security, governance, peace, conflict, and sustainable development. Olive has supported projects for organizations like the EU, UNOCHA, and ECOWAS. Outside her professional role, she is committed to community engagement and social impact, volunteering with groups focused on environmental awareness, mentoring displaced girls, and organizing career development seminars for youth. Olive combines legal expertise with a dedication to social justice and development advocacy.

Khadijat is a seasoned Policy Research Analyst and Project Manager at Nextier. She oversees donor-funded projects, including the SPRiNG programme, ensuring precise execution and integration of research findings into strategic decision-making. Her expertise in managing complex research activities supports Nextier’s mission to deliver impactful, evidence-based policy solutions.
