SPD Podcast Agenda-Setting for The New Niger Delta Minister by joshuabiem June 15, 2023 written by joshuabiem June 15, 2023 94 Several projects and programmes have been implemented in the Niger Delta region without any concrete regional development framework. Despite several intervention measures, affairs in the Niger Delta have been largely uncoordinated; thus, this requires someone at the helm of affairs with a strong development background and understanding of the region.
