The rationale for that proposal is that the predominantly Igbo region are highly mobilised at the community level of the hometown associations, neighbourhood associations and market associations. They have a history of remarkable success in community collaboration for problem-solving in the above contexts. In this week\’s edition of the Nextier SPD Policy Weekly, we present a deeper reflection on the steps taken by Abia State Government and further explore how the security fund and resident card would work best as a community-driven initiative.
