Our team has grown from three to 53 consultants, and we now have a presence in Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and the United States. We have worked with major development partners to support several African state and federal governments as they navigate complex development challenges and seize new opportunities to improve their people’s lives.

History of our Firm

Founded in 2011 by Patrick O. Okigbo III, Nextier began as a boutique consulting firm specialising in agriculture, electricity, and petroleum policy advisory. Over time, we broadened our expertise to encompass healthcare, gas and energy transition, as well as security, peace and development.
